Job Description:

What is our need: Full Time Opportunity!

Starting hourly rate: $19

Responsibilities:

  • Screen calls and collect and prioritize mail
  • Liaise with other departments within Benchmark Senior Living
  • Keep calendar schedules/meetings current
  • Prepare letters and other documents, and communications with regard to meetings and other matters
  • Make all travel reservations, prepare travel itineraries, and coordinate any required follow up for travel related meetings and conferences
  • Reconcile monthly billing statements and invoices  
  • Produces PowerPoint presentations as necessary
  • Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
  • Organizes, coordinates and assists in planning special events, including weekend events
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School graduate; Associates degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting Director level or above
  • Notary Public (a plus, but not a requirement)
