The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing a variety of analytical support and reports to improve all aspects of the core operations of our business. This position requires close collaborations with various departments including Operations, Sales, Care, IT, Human Resources, Finance, etc. 


  • Collecting data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision making
  • Working with a variety of departments as necessary to collect and summarize data
  • Maintaining an organized database of all collected information to ensure efficient and effective data retrieval and reporting
  • Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly
  • Developing reporting structures and statistical methods for trend analysis
  • Preparing accurate and concise recuring reports to key company executives and leadership team
  • Using computer software programs to manipulate data extracted

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and job experience
  • 3+ years' experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred
  • Ability to translate raw data into insightful, compelling, graphical reports for delivery to management
  • Strong technical skills with ability to use advanced formulas/macro of Microsoft Excel and report generation tools like PowerBI
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret raw data and the ability to accurately explain that data in verbal and written communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to senior and executive level management.
