This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position located in Ridgefield CT (northwestern Fairfield County)

The Benchmark Connections Coordinator is responsible for assisting residents and families on our computers as well as teaching residents and families about our internal computer program, Benchmark Connections. This position reports directly to the Program Director at the community. This associate is part of the program team and will facilitate computer related activities.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teaches and introduces residents and family members how to use the computer, including but not limited to the following, Skype, email, YouTube, internet and our internal program Benchmark Connections
• Facilitates and engages residents in our weekly Presentations & Discussion Groups with residents and families
• Engages residents in technology and computers
• Assists resident in sharing memories and stories

 

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of Technology, Computers, and the Internet
