PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and oversee all back-of-the-house activity including food procurement and production and food presentation
  • Meet or exceed food service standards, budgetary requirements and manage kitchen operations.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to excite and train the culinary staff to consistently produce a high-quality product matched with exceptional presentation.
