We are currently looking for a Fixed Asset Analyst to join our team. 

The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible for working with Benchmarks communities, plant operations and investment teams to coordinate planned projects across Benchmark. The Fixed Asset Analyst will track spending to assist leadership in evaluating project plans, investor reporting and strategies.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain purchase order for planned work
  • Review and code invoices for completed work
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding vendor questions and ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Review detail of actual cost to ensure proper coding/tracking based on budgeted/planned projects
  • Preparation of monthly budget v. actual reports with detail and explanation by budgeted/planned projects
  • Assist Leadership with planning for individual projects, each budget year and re-forecasting throughout the year, both at a high level and by project
  • Maintain inventory and facilities management system to ensure and accurate representation of our existing assets in the communities, including regular updates of new and disposed assets

  • Strong communication skills

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE

  • BS or BA degree in accounting, finance or business from accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related position
