Signing bonus of $3000 or full time positions; $1500 for part-time positions

We have FT, PT and per diem LPN opportunities available in our Skilled Nursing Facility

Urgent need for 2nd and 3rd shift LPNs- either FT or PT!

Your responsibilities will include

• Directing and supervising the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants
• Being the first point of contact for the care associates regarding assignment questions or concerns
• Coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
