Job Description

The Arbors of Shelburne is looking to hire caring and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistance (LNA) for our evening shift; full or part time available with a $2,000 Sign On Bonus. Shift differentials for our evening shift is $2.25 and $1.25 for weekends. Must accept a full time position to be eligible for the Sign On Bonus.  Bonus paid out monthly over the first 6 months of employment (starting at 30 days).

As a LNA, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents and interact with family and friends of our residents.   • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
  • Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
  • Measure resident vital signs
  • Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
  • Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements


  • Current LNA license
  • Prior experience in a memory care community is preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
