Benchmark Senior Living is seeking LPN/RNs to join our teams in Newton and Brighton, MA.  Our communities are resident focused, we are in need of caring and compassionate nurse to care for our residents. 

Salary & Compensation:

• $36 to $40 hourly
• 3k Retention Bonus for Full Time & 1,500 for Part Time (Paid in 4 equal amounts over a 12 month period) - Per Diem excluded.

We have Full Time, Part Time and Per-diem opportunities on First Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Closely mentors, guides, and directs the CNAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
• Measures and accurately records vital signs (temperatures, pulse, respiration, blood pressure weight and height) where appropriate as per state regulations
• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status
• Successfully implements the plan of care
• Administer resident’s medication according to physician’s orders
