The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for caring and compassionate Nurses (RNs/LPNs) to provide exceptional care for our residents! 

 

Sign on Bonus Opportunities:

Full Time: $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Part Time: $1,000 Sign on Bonus

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the CNAs and Lead CNAs
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management process
  • Balance service demands with supporting resident’s independence
  • Accurately assess, communicate and document resident’s/patient’s status
  • Observe and report any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Resident Care Director, physician, family, CNAs according to state regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system and know when to call for backup

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE-CERTIFICATION

  • Current state license as an RN and CPR certification
  • Graduate of an approved RN program
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in an assisted living or skilled nursing community preferred
