Job Description

Edgehill Continuing Care Retirement Community, a Benchmark Senior Living community is seeking an exceptional Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director to join our leadership team. As an Administrator at our 5 star skilled nursing facility, you will ensure residents receive the highest quality care possible and you will oversee the efficient operation of the facility. In addition, you will use your healthcare-management experience to effectively plan, lead and organize your team in accordance with current federal and state regulations as well as company standards.

 Responsibilities:


* Overall day-to-day operations management of the skilled unit while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services; hire and supervise employees while ensuring adequate staffing
* Develop and implement an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals while meeting customer and associate expectations
* Participating in sales and marketing activities

 

 

Job Requirements

Education and experience:
* Sub Acute experience a plus
* Must have a valid CT NHA license
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration
* Management background supporting ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget
* Medicare knowledge and experience
