This is a highly autonomous position with responsibility for 87,000 sf in the assisted living segment of our campus. The Plant Operations Director reports to our Campus Plant and Facilities Director. A friendly and dynamic team with good synergy supports this role.



  • Manage all maintenance and housekeeping functions within The Commons in Lincoln’s assisted living community
  • Oversee staff, payroll, operational expenses and supply and capital expenditures
  • Communicate and coordinate people and tasks to accomplish repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment systems
  • Ensure that the building and grounds are orderly and in good repair
  • Provide technical support, product information, research, and quality assurance guidance
  • Establish and monitor a preventive maintenance program that will promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff



  • If you possess a strong working knowledge of applicable building systems including mechanical, electrical and plumbing with a strong emphasis on HVAC, let’s talk.
