Maintenance Supervisor
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to join our growing team of professionals at Benchmark Senior Living at The Commons in Lincoln. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for utilizing your maintenance skills to perform a variety of hands-on tasks including electrical, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor will have a strong emphasis on interacting with the staff and residents and may oversee staff, payroll, and operational expenses and supply. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Plant Operations Director.
PRINCIPLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Possesses an understanding of all applicable life safety regulations
- Experience in facilities management capacity
- Possesses the mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing repairs on systems and buildings
- Understands the practices surrounding proper handling of bio hazardous waste
- Must be familiar with Key Card Access Controls
- Must be familiar with Skilled Nursing Facilities Environment and DPH Regulations
- Must be familiar with Building Management Control Systems
- Must be available for after-hour emergencies
