Food Service Director - Hospitality / Culinary / Management
Salary: Starting at $80,000
Schedule: Full time; Sunday through Thursday

We are currently interviewing for a Dining Services Director for our Assisted Living, Mind & Memory and Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is a key contributor with authority and creative latitude to positively influence our top tier dining service.

The Dining Services Director will work with a friendly and dynamic team to deliver the highest customer and resident dining experience daily. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Provides leadership, support and guidance to Dining team
- Interacts effectively with residents, families and staff
- Directs food service for three small but busy outlets on campus
- Maintains DPH and EOEA regulatory standards through documentation, daily rounds, pre-audits
- Develops diverse menus and maintains inventory
- Responsible for scheduling and payroll
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong background (3-5 yrs) in high end, fast-paced food production/management
- Demonstrated experience with consistently producing quality meals
- Prior senior living and/or skilled nursing experience a plus
- ServeSafe, Food Management Certification or CDM and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
