Job Requirements of Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aid:
CNA Requirements:
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

We at Shrewsbury Crossing are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Resident Care Associate, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Schedule: Day/Night/Weekend
Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
