Job Requirements of CNA - Welcome *New CNA Graduating*:
CNA Requirements:
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn!

What is our need: FT - 1st & 2nd
Eligible for Health Benefits at 30 hours or 4 shifts, We are on the Middletown bus line route
Opportunity for Tuition Reimbursement for CNA's currently Graduating CNA's school and scheduled or passed State License Test (requirements will be in offer letter)
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
