- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

We at The Branches of Marlborough are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
What is our need:
Full-Time Week Days & Weekends: 7am-3pm
Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00 with a $500.00 Hiring Bonus Paid at 90 and 180 days of Employment
CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
