Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a general marketing professional with demonstrated success executing innovative integrated marketing communications to differentiate and drive demand generation for Benchmark’s portfolio of communities and in data analysis - reporting on the results of the marketing programming.

This position promotes the awareness/consideration/conversion for the Benchmark Brand with both target consumers and professional referrers to create a competitive advantage, resulting in increased sales and value for the organization.  The ideal candidate will have experience in paid/owned marketing and communications in  both digital and traditional marketing. 

The ideal candidate is one who operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, is a strong project manager and can keep track of details. S/he will have experience interacting cross-functionally and will bring a can-do attitude to the role.   Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail are necessary for success.  This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and will be working remotely during the COVID pandemic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams, communities, partners, and agencies to execute and measure marketing communication plans at the local level across all channels to drive leads/build Prospect pipeline and measure/optimize ROI
  • Dig into insights and demonstrate deep understanding of our consumer, our company, and our competitors. Ability to turn data and insights into powerful consumer facing messages that drive results across channels. Ability to learn, navigate and report from BI data system and research reports. 
  • Manage email lead generation campaign within HubSpot including content development and event invitations to drive prospects and Health Care Providers to in-person contact with Benchmark.
  • Lead the development, editing and review of key marketing collaterals, emails, event invites and newsletters for the local sales and community teams.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business +/or Communications required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience working in a competitive service or consumer package goods industry
  • Strength in brand creative storytelling in adherence to brand standards across channels
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the development of marketing communications
  • Strong writing and editing skills for newsletter, report and presentation creation and general business correspondence
  • An eye for detail in reviewing creative and providing feedback on brand communications to deliver to brand standards and messaging
  • Proven ability to track/ measure campaign outcomes, ROI, and Cost Per Acquisition
  • Analytical experience with the ability to lead data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
