Job Description

Wellington at Hershey's Mill, a Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking an exceptional Campus Administrator/Executive Director to join our team. Our beautiful community consists of 195 Independent Living Units, 64 Personal Care Units and 35 Skilled. As a Campus Administrator/Executive Director you will ensure residents receive the highest quality care possible and you will oversee the efficient operation of our community. In addition, you will use your healthcare-management experience to effectively plan, lead and organize your team in accordance with current federal and state regulations as well as company standards.

You will authorize all purchases, provide onsite sales support, and conduct monthly family meetings. You will also participate in the training and development of new employees –implementing initiatives that will allow the community to run more effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

* Overall day-to-day operations management of the campus while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services; hire and supervise employees while ensuring adequate staffing
* Manage the community’s budget and occupancy goals as well as maintain appropriate staffing levels and drive overall customer service. 
* Participating in sales and marketing activities

Additional responsibilities include:

• Analyzing revenue projections
• Making adjustments when revenue sources decrease
• Handling all resident and familyconcerns


Job Requirements

As a Campus Administrator/Executive Director you must be an individual who truly enjoys helping seniors live a better, more comfortable life. You must also be patient, understanding, and empathetic.

Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree; Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred
• Must have 5 plus years of management or healthcare related experience
• Having assumed a managerial role that was responsible for multiple disciplines
• Possessing budgeting and staffing experience
• Proficiency with Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
