Benchmark Senior Living is growing and we are excited to welcome our 59th community; Adelaide of Newton Centre. Our beautiful state of the art, all memory care community will have an opening date in early summer of 2019! 

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Liaison with sales/marketing experience and enjoys building relationships with residents, families and professional referral sources. In this role your primary focus will be generating qualified professional referrals through external outreach efforts in Newton and surrounding areas.

Additional responsibilities for the Clinical Liaison include:

  • Deliver formal public presentations to residents, families and professional referral sources
  • Conduct admission assessments for residents who are on a medical leave or who are receiving rehabilitation services at an alternate site
  • Conduct assessments for potential residents as needed
  • Conduct tours with professionals on a regular basis and prospective residents and their families, and personally close new sales on an as needed basis.
  • Implement, monitor and promote resident referral programs to generate new referrals. 
  • Work collaboratively with community leadership to emphasize the team’s role in sales and participation in the community Marketing plan.
  • Be able to travel daily with some overnights as needed.


 

 

Job Requirements

Education and experience: 

  • RN or LPN required.
  • Previous experience in selling to professional referral sources is essential. 
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and /or disabled is highly desirable. 
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing required.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.
