Position Summary

 

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with managing all website and related digital content. The position will report to our Director of Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and reporting on all website and related digital content on company websites and digital platforms. Content updates will include text, links, images, videos, and reviews on the following assets: websites, blogs, paid (PPC) and organic search (SEO), e-mail marketing, e-newsletters, etc.

 

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (vendors) to assist in development and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage company digital properties, including SEO and PPC landing pages, working closely with the marketing team and partners to support the company’s business objectives (e.g. lead generation, brand presence, awareness, target keywords vs competitor keywords).
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications to align online activity with broader campaign and digital goals.
  • Ensures digital assets comply with brand style guide.
  • Manage SEO link building campaigns.
  • Work with developers to implement changes to website architecture and on-site elements to improve SEO and user experience (UX).
  • Implement and manage content updates to email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Manage and update email marketing and marketing automation contact lists.
  • Conduct and support monthly email marketing training sessions for community associates.
  • Track, monitor, and report on KPI's for website, SEO and PPC campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or commensurate experience.
  • Must have 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and content management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and document design skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and works as a team player.
