Job Description

Edgehill, a Five Star Retirement Community is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join our award-winning Dining Services Team. 

 

The Dining Supervisor assists in the management & operations of the Food & Beverage Department, focusing on the importance of first class dining experience for our residents. Responsible for training dining staff, organize and execute banquet events and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in dining areas according to community standards and state regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in an F&B setting. Hotel, restaurant and/or resort experience preferred. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in the hospitality field preferred. 
  • Proficient with standard MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
