Restaurant - Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include efficient restaurant operation, productivity, quality and customer service standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in Restaurant Operations. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room and balance the seating capacity. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Proven work experience in Restaurant Management, customer service, people skills are a must and familiarity with Microsoft office and payroll software experience is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in an F&B setting. Hotel, restaurant and/or resort experience preferred. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in the hospitality field preferred. 
  • Proficient with standard MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
