Benchmark Senior Living, New England's largest assisted living provider is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will lead and manage all aspects of our digital marketing programs t, include website strategy and design, paid search and search engine optimization, display campaigns and re-targeting programs, as well as content strategy and management.  In this role you will develop, execute and analyze digital marketing plans. The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing agencies, external partners, and internal resources in order to meet established business goals. This role will serve as a strategic partner who has the ability to drive results and gain the support of others.  You will provide forward-thinking ideas to drive all digital marketing efforts and achieve our Benchmark business objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize, build, maintain the organization’s digital marketing infrastructure/  framework
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails, directory listings, and social media including but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) to ensure brand consistency
  • Track conversion rates and makes improvements to the website and strategy as needed
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and content strategies that create and maintain high levels of engagement, including email marketing, email automation, SEO and PPC
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Analyze and Manage website for optimization and engagement, addressing usability as needed. 
  • General understanding of website development (HTML and CSS code)
  • Work closely Marketing/PR and Sales teams to optimize creative and messaging that align with brand strategies and company initiatives
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and enforce budgetary controls
  • Develop appropriate KPI’s and measure ROI  
  • Gather and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and make appropriate recommendations to gain competitive advantage and market share
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Conduct market and sales research and provides key insights to leadership teams 

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing with a strength in Digital and Social Media, creative storytelling, and relationship building in an omni-channel strategy
  • 8-10 years’ experience working in a competitive, service industry (senior living, hospitality preferred)
  • Highly knowledgeable about brand development and the importance of deeply understanding end user perspective to drive innovative value-added content/initiatives
