Responsibilities:

  • Product Portfolio Management: Develop, maintain, and implement product development/management strategies for our Community/service portfolio including pricing/profitability analysis
  • Product Positioning: Create compelling Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) for each segment in our product portfolio and ensure messagingthe cross-functional implementation
  • Sales enablement: Create and communicate the unique selling proposition of our products and services to the Sales Team/market and develop the necessary sales tools to support the selling process
  • New Innovation Development: Work with current and new partners on id
  • Product Portfolio Management: Develop, maintain, and implement product development/management strategies for our Community/service portfolio including pricing/profitability analysis

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience working in a competitive, service industry (hospitality preferred), a minimum of 8+ years of related experience in product marketing, business degree preferred
  • Leadership experience managing experiential products/service portfolios and familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within hospitality industries a plus
  • Highly knowledgeable about brand development and the importance of deeply understanding the target consumer perspective to drive innovative product development and experiences
  • Understands needs of a broad set of customers and demonstrates knowledge of solutions, product family, and key competitors, and uses this knowledge to develop competitive differentiation and value proposition for products and services
  • 5+ Years leading and managing consumer and market insights with both internal and external insight resources and partners
