The Arbors at Shelburne is currently recruiting for licensed nursing assistants or experience caregiver on our Evening Shift. We have full and part time openings on our Evening Shift, in our community dedicated to seniors living with memory challenges. We offer a substantial evening shift differential and a differential when you work weekends. Salary up to $21.00/hour based on experience.

Sign On Bonus of $2,500. Bonus is paid out in thirds after 6 months, 9 months and one year of employment.  Must accept a full time position to be eligible for the Sign on Bonus

Job Requirements

Licensed Nursing Assistant/Caregiver will be expected to display an eager willingness to assist staff in providing general care and support for our residents as needed.

Other responsibilities for the Licensed Nursing Assistant/Caregiver will include:

• Interacting with residents and families on a daily basis
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Handling advanced directives and end-of-life care
• Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
