Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist/Adm Assistant is the face and voice of The Arbors at Shelburne.  In addition to answering the phones and greeting all visitors, s/he will have additional responsibilities.

The Front Desk Receptionist/Adm Assistant will provide computer support to the management team.

This is currently a 30 hour a week position with an every other weekend commitment.  The hours are a combination of days and evenings and is benefits eligible.

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATICATION

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
• Maintains awareness of all daily activities (and changes)
• Has full knowledge of the administrative staff, ownership, and management company
• Possesses excellent verbal communication skills
