We are seeking a committed Harbor Care Director who will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management to staff in the Harbor (Memory Care) Program. You will plan, organize, develop and lead the overall operations of the Harbor Program in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as the standards, guidelines and regulations of Benchmark Senior Living. You will work with the Resident Care Director to evaluate the care delivered to residents as well as monitor and oversee call-out practices for Harbor – enforcing company standards to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. Job Requirements

As a Harbor Care Director for Benchmark Senior Living, you must be an ambitious, approachable and hands-on manager with a can-do attitude. You must also have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional requirements of the Harbor Care Director include:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a Senior or Dementia setting
• Being knowledgeable about the dementia disease process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook
