Current Opening: Human Recourse Analyst

The HR Annalyst supports the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS team with data collection and analysis.

As a member of the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS team, the Analyst is responsible for:

  • Pulling and compiling data from multiple sources to be used in analyses of people-related data
  • Analyzing and deriving meaning from people-related data to help leaders make informed business decisions
  • Analyzing and making recommendations around compensation, bonuses and merit rewards. Also analyzing and trending internal and external compensation trends.
  • Streamlining data and information delivery to key stakeholder along with meaningful business insights
  • Conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Participating in annual compensation and benefits surveys
  • Supporting key Total Rewards team projects and process improvement initiatives

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc analysis and deliver results to the business leaders
  • Partner with Regional Associate Experience Directors to ensure the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS team is providing the right support to the business
  • Is the go to person for internal and external market compensation and benefits data.
  • Data quality checks for the main HR data sets. Document specifications of new reports and report changes
  • Ensure data is accurately updated and feeds HR System appropriately
  • Apply quantitative techniques to derive meaning from HR data
  • Collaborate with other team members in data quality activities
  • Communicate analysis results in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
  • Drive process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven attention to detail
  • Natural curiosity
  • Work experience as an analyst or in a similar position is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with compensation analysis and planning preferred
  • Strong expertise with basic office software applications required (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience with the Ultipro is a plus
  • Experience analyzing data for human resources a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, including an aptitude for helping and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.

Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
