Edgehill CCRC, premiere luxury senior living community is searching for a Lead Concierge who will serve as the First Impression to Residents, Visitors, Families and Potential Residents while visiting the Community. 

Will serve as the hub of communications throughout the Community – effectively employs the “why not” approach when engaging in Resident/Family or Staff matters resulting in consistent, creative solutions.  Enriching Lives through Human Connection

Weekend availability a must, previous Supervisory Experience in Hospitality a plus…

  • Energetic and engaging personality.
  • Great “service recovery” skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends regularly. Willing to work holidays as well.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for challenging situations.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Great attention to detail, observant and intuitive.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
  • 2 Years supervisory experience at a front desk/concierge capacity a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
  • Expert in standard MS Office programs(Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • A passion for serving people.
