Job Description

Greystone Farm at Salem is looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our growing team of assisted living professionals at Benchmark Senior Living. As a LNA, your primary focus will be to provide detailed nursing care as well a rewarding and enjoyable experience for our residents. We are in especially in need of  Full time 11pm-7am staff. There will be a progressive sign on bonus for the 11pm -7 am staff.

Job Requirements

Licensed Nursing Assistant/LNA

Licensed Nursing Assistant will be expected to display an eager willingness to assist staff in providing general care and support for our residents as needed.

 

Licensed Nursing Assistant / LNA

• Valid LNA certificate required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Understands advanced directives and end-of-life care
• Understands the nursing function in assisted living
• Understands quality of care objectives
• Understands quality of life objectives
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
