CURRENT OPENING: Sales Analyst


The Sales Analyst provides sales support for all sales team members and analytical support to the Sr. Director of Strategy and senior level management (VP of Sales and SVPs of Ops). Sales analytics and data management include lead management, lead sources, CRM sales forecast and weekly census and move in reporting at all levels-community, portfolio, sales teams and regional sales team. Month end move in processing and reporting. Ad hoc reporting for senior management as needed. Processes monthly commissions for all sales personnel and manages accruals with accounting. Manages relationships with paid referral sources including monthly payments and dispute resolution, updating of paid referral website and quarterly review of results.

 

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales analytical support-    
    • Analyze data sets to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve sales performance.
    • Sales KPI reporting, both standard and ad hoc to all levels of management
    • Lead management and reporting including lead sources.
    • Updating of sales forecast and maintenance of CRM tool
    • Weekly move in, move out and census reporting
    • Develop content and prep materials for capital partner presentations
    • CRM subject matter expert and liaison.
  • Relationship management with all paid referral sources
    • Liaison between BSL and referral source corporate office personnel
    • Review and approval of monthly payments and accruals for all paid referral agencies including A Place for Mom, Caring.com and others.
    • Updating of all corporate data on referral websites including market rates and community information.
    • Quarterly review of productivity
  • Commission and Bonus Processing for all sales positions.
    • Monthly accruals for all bonus and commission expense
    • Payments and accruals for all paid Referral Sources

Job Requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Demonstrates high level of experience developing and running sophisticated complex Excel spreadsheet models.
    • Demonstrates strong computer literacy in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Project,
    • PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Proficient in data analytics
    • Ability to present analytical findings and interpretations in a clear and thoughtful manner.
    • Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations regarding sales analysis.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity
    • Demonstrates attention to detail
    • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner
    • Demonstrates ability to work as a team player
    • Proactive, detail-oriented and have a high degree of independence, maturity and confidence.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

  • BS or BA degree from accredited college or university with strong quantitative coursework
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales or operations analyst
