Job Description

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will be a key leader on Benchmark’s market team. Primary responsibilities include ownership of the Benchmark website, search engine optimization, digital media advertising, marketing automation, email marketing, and reporting. The primary goal for this role is to drive quality leads into the Benchmark marketing funnel. The role reports directly to The Senior Director of Marketing and will be working remotely during the COVID pandemic.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work across Marketing and with other departments to execute digital lead-generation and engagement campaigns, including (but not limited to): Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Email
  • Product ownership for the Benchmark website, including management of SEO execution, new page builds, change requests, bug fixes, new features and functionality, quality assurance, and managing all the vendor relationships that keep the website healthy and effective.
  • Own all digital advertising channels and work with agencies or vendors as needed to achieve optimal return on investment.
  • Define, measure, and analyze campaign metrics (i.e. open, click-through, conversions, engagements, MQL, SQL, etc.); communicate results and implement actions that enhance effectiveness
  • Own monthly reporting on all things Digital, including advertising, website, and email programs.
  • Design marketing experiments to optimize program output and increase conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Manage the flow of leads from campaigns and events into marketing automation systems, and develop follow-up plans with sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion
  • Help coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure all program timelines are met and all deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Product ownership for HubSpot Marketing Automation, including email nurture, workflows, forms, landing pages, and reporting.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
  • 3-5 years with B2C marketing experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation – experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Proficiency in website management– experience with Drupal a plus
  • Must be metrics driven and a strong analytical thinker
  • Ability to blend big-picture, strategic thinking with a highly tactical mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently orchestrate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, from concept through implementation
