Job Description

Our Staff Scheduler will work in tandem with our current Staff Scheduler to cover days she is not in the office.  She/He will be responsible for making sure the Resident Care department (nurses, nurses aides and personal care assistants) is adequately staffed to care for our residents who have memory loss.  You will also assist in covering the front reception desk when needed.  This is a full time position approximately 30 hours a week and is benefits eligible. Every other Saturday requirement plus most hours during the week will be 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

 Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Kronos.


Job Requirements


• High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
• Possesses expert knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word & Kronos and our telephone system and capable of teaching others


• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
• Has full knowledge of the administrative staff, ownership, and management company
• Possesses excellent verbal communication skills
