Colleagues from throughout our organization work collaboratively to embed diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) across our processes, practices and policies. At the heart of this work is the Inclusion Advisory Council, a group of associates who are committed to ensuring everyone in our organization feels welcomed and valued, as well as given the opportunity to flourish personally and professionally. Their efforts include working closely with our DEIB consulting firm, helping Benchmark identify and prioritize its approaches, and creating a framework for this work for the long-term. Together, we are devoted to nurturing a community where everyone feels they belong.
