Adelaide of Newton Centre is seeking caring and compassionate CNAs/HHAs! As a CNA/HHA, your primary focus will be to provide care to our residents in a home like setting. Hourly rate starting at $20 per/hour based on experience. We are located in Newton Centre and have plenty of free parking and close to the green t-stop.
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care
• Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Assisting residents with their meals, transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
Requirements:
• Valid CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant or HHA/Home Health Aide required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living or memory care community is preferred
