We at Robbins Brook in Acton are looking for compassionate CNAs to join our team! As a Certifed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Robbins Brook is located at 10 Devon Dr, Acton, MA!

What is our need: Full-Time 3pm-11pm & Part-Time 11pm-7am!

Competitive Pay: Starting at $22/hr, based on experience!

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

CNA Requirements:

  • Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
