Part Time Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Opportunity!  Hours available on all shifts!

Rates starting at $18.50-19.75/HR

HHA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

HHA Requirements:

  • Valid HHA license or certificate a plus.  We will pay for PCA training. 
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
