Benchmark at Rye is seeking LNAs to join our team!

Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem!

Days 6a-2p, 2p-10p / Nights 10p-6a

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shifts available!

Rates starting at $20/HR*  Additional $2/hr. weekend shift differential!

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

LNA Requirements:

  • Valid LNA license required.  We will train and pay for PCA course.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
