Job Description

-  Pay:  RN $43-$49/hr; LPN $35-$39/hr

-  $2-$3/hr shift bonus!

- Openings:

Full-Time M, T, Th 7a-3p & e/o weekend 3p-9p

Per Diem - all shifts

SEEKING CARING AND COMPASSIONATE TEAMMATES? The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for Care Nurse Supervisors (RN or LPN) to provide exceptional care for our residents in our Assisted Living Community!

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Associates
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management process
  • Balance service demands with supporting resident’s independence
  • Accurately assess, communicate and document resident’s status
  • Observe and report any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs according to state regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system and know when to call for backup

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION

  • Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification
  • Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in an assisted living or skilled nursing community preferred
