Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – Meadow Ridge – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facility. The Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, understanding, and meeting financial guidelines for the home's operations, and promoting the facility's stature in the community at large. We don’t accept Medicaid, our long-term residents have moved through our continuum of care. These residents are our reason for being, and we augment our census with short-term Medicare residents who come to us for our exceptional rehabilitation.

Working at a Continuing Care Retirement Community, you will have access to resources and support unavailable and unimagined at any free-standing nursing home. You will be part of a team and have the support of our Director of Plant Operations, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, Environmental Services Manager, and the Finance and Sales and Marketing departments. In addition to your home team support, you will enjoy the partnership of your regional and home office teams.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Degree in Health Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good survey history
  • Focus on quality of resident care
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
  • Strong census development emphasis
  • Effective leadership style with good employee relations skills
  • A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
