The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for a caring and compassionate Sales & Marketing Associate, Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth and successful move-in experiences for our residents!

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and contribute to our sales efforts in achieving the community’s occupancy and revenue goals
  • Screen incoming phone and email sales inquiries; participate in marketing agency calls
  • Manage the community’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Maintain appropriate sales collateral and virtual events, coordinating and obtaining all required move-in paperwork and contracts and completing the resident’s final business office file (Yardi)
  • Assist the Director of Sales and work with the supervisors of Maintenance and Housekeeping in ensuring model suite(s) / apartments(s) / cottages are well maintained and presentable
  • Collaborate with the Dining Services Director to prepare for sales-related events
  • Support and assist in developing content for on-line and printed promotional materials
  • Maintain current and accurate floor plans, pricing and occupancy reports
  • Be responsible for the community’s “first impressions” and details that make for an exceptional resident/family experience

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Some prior experience in an independent living community a plus
