The Weekend Activities Assistant organizes and implement programs designed to meet the individual needs of our resident. The program is intended to fulfill basic psychological, intellectual, physical, social and emotional and spiritual needs while promoting self-esteem in a caring, nurturing environment.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements and Experience: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Available to work weekends & holidays
  • Outgoing and engaging personality 
  • Experience in Customer Service, Senior Living and Memory Care a plus 
  • Team player 
  • Detail orientated 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including both Microsoft Publisher and Excel 
  • Proficiency with electronic bulletin boards and social media postings 
  • Familiarity with basic Audio/Video setup, FaceTime, and iPad / iPhone usage 
  • High School diploma required and two-year college degree preferred
