Benchmark Senior Living At Woburn is seeking caring and compassionate Memory Care Resident Care Associates/Care Partners!  As an RCA, your primary focus will be to provide care to our residents in a home like setting. If you have a strong passion for helping others and take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who values human connections than this is the ideal opportunity for you!

Resident Care Associate responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care
• Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Assisting residents with their meals, transferring using appropriate assisting devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming.

•Ensuring All Resident in the Memory Neighborhood are engaged and feeling a sense of purpose. 

• Strong involvement in program support/supervision

• Running and Getting Creative with parallel and one on one activities with residents

• Strong focus on Teamwork with all department in order to deliver the Benchmark promise. 

Job Requirements

• Valid HHA certificate or CNA Licence required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
