As the Sr. Director of Associate Experience/OD, you will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of organizational development solutions for the company. The role is a great opportunity for an ambitious, creative, and passionate individual who is looking for a challenge, and who desires to create an organizational culture unlike no other.  This position will report to the Sr. Vice President of Human Capital and will work closely with many organizational leaders.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have had some experience working in senior living, health care, or some related field. He/she will have a Masters in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, or related field; with a minimum of 10 years progressive OD experience, at a large and/or multi-site organization.   Certifications in key areas are also highly important (e.g. personality assessments, EQ assessments, behavioral interviewing/unconscious bias training, competency assessments, leadership coaching, etc.).
