Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst. As a member of Total Rewards team, the Analyst is responsible for:

  • Create and analyze data from multiple sources to be used in analyses of people-related data
  • Analyze and derive meaning from people-related data to help leaders make informed business decisions
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Complete requests for HR data and analytics
  • Support Total Rewards team projects and process improvement initiatives


  • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc analysis and deliver results to the business leaders
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the Rewards is providing the right support to the business
  • Data quality checks for the main HR data sets; document specifications of new reports and report changes
  • Ensure data is accurately updated and feeds HR System appropriately
  • Apply quantitative techniques to derive meaning from HR data
  • Collaborate with other team members in data quality activities
  • Communicate analysis results in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven attention to detail
  • Work experience as an analyst or in a similar position is preferred
  • Proficient use in Microsoft office software applications required including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint e.g. lookups, if and nested if statements, pivot tables, etc.
  • Experience with the Ultipro is a plus
  • Experience analyzing data for human resources a plus


Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, including an aptitude for helping and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels

Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
