CURRENT OPENING: Marketing Anayst

PURPOSE

The Marketing Analyst will identify ways to build our brand, improve our customer’s experience and acquire new customers via data and analytics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze purchase funnels and customer intent
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns
  • Utilize surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather data. Present findings through charts, graphs, and other visual means to marketing team in order to help them make informed decisions about product introductions, modifications, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
    • 2 to 5 years’ market analyst experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive creative new approaches
  • Ability to interact with senior level management combined with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • Skilled in MS Excel
